SPECIALIZATION

Mikhail Krim specializes in corporate and international private law. He participates in legal support of M&A transactions at all stages of project implementation, takes part in whole or partial purchase or sale of a business and in development of joint ventures, including conducting of a complex Due Diligence. As well Mikhail is involved in structuring of contracts governed by foreign law.

EDUCATION

Mikhail got a master's degree in the Russian Foreign Trade Academy of the Ministry for the Economic Development of the Russian Federation, with a specialization in international private law (legal support of international commercial activities).

Mikhail speaks English and French.

HOBBIES

Mikhail is aspiring for personal growth in various areas of life. He devotes his free time to outdoor activities and sports, whether they are football, basketball or crossfit. As well Mikhail is curious about cultural events, particularly he takes a lively interest in classical theater and modern photography.
