Roman Makarov

SPECIALIZATION

Roman is focused on design of strategies of disputing, bankruptcy cases that, as a rule, are connected with dozens of related court cases. Land relations, protection of business reputation and the maritime law are in the sphere of Roman’s professional interests. For more than 20 years Roman has been representing the interests of the clients in the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation, LCIA, ICAC, the Supreme Court of Cyprus, the Arbitration Court of the Sugar Association of London, arbitral and general courts in a number of Russian regions, the Investigation Committee and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation. Roman is an arbitrator of the ICAC at the RF CCI (Russian abbreviation: MKAS) and of the RAC.

Roman is an all-round man, open for new ideas and emotions. So he spends his rest time in different ways. Despite his busy schedule Roman plays basketball regularly. During his holiday time he prefers walking tours, either biking tours, or boating with his friends leaving the civilization thousand kilometers behind.
