In addition, this category refers to disputes with the application of WTO law). Russian and foreign companies being parties of such transactions are the main principals in these practice areas as well as - with regard to WTO law – Russian and foreign companies whose rights were infringed by the States’ actions that were contrary to the obligations of such States under WTO law.
